FAIRMILE 22M, built in Scotland in 1962, 8mm steel hull, Malta commercial flag, VAT inclusive price, Spanish taxes paid. All systems have been updated or replaced during the refit. Most of the equipment is new, operational, and with low hours of use. A new hydraulic system for bow thruster and stabilizers has been installed. All pipes are new, made of certified materials, and almost all of the electrical installation is new and upgraded. The 250 HP Gardner engines have been fully refurbished at Gardner headquarters in England and are running perfectly. This beautiful and robust steel yacht, under 24 meters in length, was built by the renowned Scottish shipyard Fairmile / Berwick and underwent extensive refitting from 2019 to 2021. This included a complete engine overhaul, a brand new engine room, hull inspection, a new management system, a completely new interior, and much more. The yacht features a well-equipped, pragmatically designed helm station with the latest innovations and a very comfortable main deck area. The spacious salon leads to the galley and deck. Stairs between the salon and galley lead to the lower deck, where you'll find 3 beautifully appointed cabins, each tastefully decorated.
